Tony King and Andrew  have known each other for just over 20 years.
Back when dial-up was in it's infancy and to send mp3's across the ether from Australia to Dublin took an hour and you held your breath...Tony wrote a song he thought would be perfect for Andrew to sing. Tenacity and chutzpa led to sending the song across the globe to Andrew's  Management.
A few days later there was an email back saying
" the song was great just not what Andrew was looking for right now, but how would you like to come and co-write with Andrew?" ...
Arrangements were made, the plane landed, the work/fun began. In two weeks, the title track and songs were penned and shared a space on Andrew's "Gypsy's Kiss" album.

That's how this long standing friendship was formed. 

In 2003 Tony toured as guitarist in  Andrew's Band to promote the "Gypsy's Kiss" album in Scandinavia

Fast forward to 2024, Andrew asked Tony to join his  6th Australian tour as lead guitarist.

The Australian Band were mostly from Adelaide , starring:

Joe James MD and Keyboards, Chris Soole saxophone, Toby Lang Drums, Milush Piochaud Bass, Claudia Migliacco solo/backing vocals, Jason Handscomb Sound , Dave Wilkins Tour Manager.

The tour went from Adelaide, to Fremantle, to Brisbane, then Sydney and ended in Melbourne.

Playing to Sold Out crowds that can't get enough of the soul /funk/blues/rock that made The Commitments Movie a hit in 1991 and now a cult film in 2024.
Andrew's voice synonymous with soul and the soundtrack to many people's lives all over the world.
